Purchasing A Puppy
After all the research and information you have collected to become a well informed purchaser, you are ready to take the plunge and welcome a new friend to your life. As a breeder we offer and require several things before you can choose your new friend, all required materials and information is listed below. Please read the entire page!
| Approval Questionaire | A pre-purchase approval questionaire is required of all new homes in order to be considered a suitable home. Our questionaire can be found below. All questionaires must be emailed directly to lupinfarm@gmail.com or may be mailed by Canada Post. If you are interested in purchasing a puppy and would like to submit a approval questionaire but do not have access to reliable internet, we can be contacted at (613) 920 2246 and you may request to have a form sent to you by Canada Post. Only those who have filled out an approval questionaire will be considered potential homes. All questions must be filled out.

| Picking and Reserving your puppy |
All puppies are sold on a first come, first serve basis but puppies may be reserved for you with a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 CAD. Those who wish to reserve a puppy must know which puppy they would like to make their lifelong friend, and we can guarantee that puppy WILL NOT be sold. It is recommended that you visit our hobby farm to meet The Girls and The Boys, meet the puppies, and so we can discuss temperments, personalities and other aspects of choosing your puppy with you in order to determine the best possible fit for your family. Those who cannot visit the farm but would like to reserve a puppy will be sent photos and video footage, and we can discuss temperments, personalities and other aspects of choosing their puppy by telephone.
***Please be aware that you must submit a Pre-Purchase Approval Questionaire and be approved before you may choose your puppy. We are always accepting questionaires and those who are approved will be put on a waiting list for the next season. When puppies become available those on the approved waiting list will be notified either by email or telephone. Photos will automatically be sent by email to those on the waiting list who have submitted a valid email address to us. |
| What will my puppy come with? | All of our puppies go to their approved homes with: + First Shots + Deworming at least 3 times + Full Health Exam performed by a Licensed Veterinarian + Health Guarantee (Note: Coat is NOT guaranteed due to the nature of the F1b, variation IS possible within a litter) + Personalized Puppy Pack (includes vet records, pee pads, 2-day supply of Royal Canin Miniature Puppy, treats, collar)______________________________________________________________________________________ |
| Shipping out of Province | We currently ship puppies to approved homes outside of Ontario by Air Canada Cargo only. Shipping can cost anywhere between $145.00 CAD and $200 CAD depending on receiving airport, weight of the puppy, and dimensions of the crate. Approved New Owners requiring shipping out of province are required to reserve their desired puppy, full payment including cost of crate (averaging $30-$70) and shipping must be sent either by Email Money Transfer or Money Order, and must be received by us at least 7 days in advance of the schedualed flight date.
AC Live Animal Shipment Information can be found here ***Puppies may be taken by plane on WestJet as well, conditions may apply depending on flight and space availability and New Owners are expected to explore conditions and requirements of travel by speaking to WestJet if this shipping option is ideal for them. Owners would be required to fly to Ontario, pick up their puppy and purchase a crate at a petshop in Ontario, and ensure there is adequate space available on their flight back home for their puppy. |
